What is TV Robotics?

Robots that are used within TV are used to show the good sides about robots which means showing the friendship, companionship and productivity inwhich they can provide due to humans accepting robots to be a shortcut and a benefit for all humans yet some are spectical about the whole entire "robot takeover" which is implied through some TV shows such as Dr.Who and the Cybermen & Darleks. Overall it just depends how you see robots and the positives and negatives they have on humans. I see them positively in my opinion as they can benefit humans as a whole but apparently to movies also destroy it.
